Nina was amazing. Her knowledge of the real estate business and the ins/outs of the market and what to look for in a home was exceptional. She worked with me and my crazy work schedule to show me any home that I hoped was what I was looking for. We spent a fair amount of time looking for the right fit. But she definitely knew once we had found it. She made the whole buying experience as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is in the market to purchase a new home.

Nina did an incredible job not only in the search but also the negotiation & closing process. She is extremely patient, flexible, knowledgeable, kind & truly cares about her clients. Where to startaEUR| we had been looking on and off for a new home, and Nina was always accommodating, taking us to see multiple properties a day sometimes. And then it happenedaEUR"we found a house we loved and moved quickly, and had our offer accepted! Nina was able to negotiate many things on our behalf and we ended up paying under asking. We also went with the mortgage lender and closing company Nina recommended and we were able to close super quickly. We then asked her to list our old house, which I thought would be a tricker process, but it went very smoothly. Our listing pictures were beautiful, Nina held multiple open houses, and in a slow market with high interest rates our house was under contract and sold within 60 days. During the selling process Nina scheduled and attended multiple appointments on my behalf allowing me to not miss work which I really appreciated. All this to sayaEUR| we were so lucky to have a realtor who is not only great on her own, but has a fantastic team around her. Mortgage lender, closing company, photographer, plumbers she contacted for usaEUR| all 10/10. Use her and listen to her suggestions!! I'm sure glad we did! Thank you Nina!

Nina is a absolutely incredible! If I could give her 10 stars I would. My fiance and I purchased our dream home and Nina made every step of the home buying process a breeze.
