I connected with her via a coworker who worked with her for her own house purchase (and was connected via her hairdresser, so you know it's going to be good) and had such a smooth time. I had no real expectations going in, since this was my first time buying, but Nina made everything so easy. She knows amazing lender and attorney teams and it felt like all I had to do was ask a few confirmatory questions to be sure I understood the documents before e-signing and the rest just worked. She was available via text for those late night suddenly-remembered questions, and was always great at explaining the process and upcoming steps. Again, I cannot recommend her enough; not only was this process incredibly smooth but now I know what to look for/have some standards for any future buys!

On the flip side, she was also able to get us into our new home in the same efficient fashion. With the market being as competitive and quick as it is right now, she made both the process of selling + buying a home as easy as possible with little to no stress! We had so many questions along the way and she was always very quick to get back to us and if she didnt know an answer, she would tell us shell find out and get back to us (which she always did very promptly!) She had a way of making you feel like youre not just a client, a client is too impersonal, she made it feel like you were a family friend and that buying + selling our home was her main mission and we were most important. Though she obviously had many other clients, she always made it feel like you were the only one with how quick shed respond back to us. Nina was recommended to my husband and I through our mortgage broker and I'm so glad we made contact with her.

During the initial search, she was good about being honest if a house didnt fit what I was looking for and telling me outright if she thought there might be something odd in the deal. Since I couldnt find a rental that worked for me, Nina recommended I take a peek at a mortgage pre-approval and see if buying is an option because she was confident that would be my best option. Turns out it was! I got pre-approved and the perfect house popped up right away! She moved her schedule around so we could look at it that day and we submitted an offer that day. The process from there was seamless! Most of my paperwork was digital, which made it incredibly convenient! She was extremely communicative, even in the lull of the waiting period between appraisal and closing she checked in to make sure I was doing ok and if I had any questions. She was quick to respond and even post-sale stayed close. I was a first time buyer so I relied on her and the team to guide me and they did a phenomenal job! I felt comfortable and confident in every suggestion and in the end it turned out great and I now pay for a mortgage thats perfect for my income (saved a ton by buying instead of renting!) !
