I was in the process of purchasing a home and had a very troubling experience with listing agent Nikola Slavik. During the final walkthrough, he became confrontational, used abusive language, and threatened to withhold our earnest money. He also stated he would personally purchase the property if we did not. On closing day, I was concerned that items could be removed or damaged prior to finalization. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this agent or office and urge RE/MAX to review this situation and take appropriate action.
