She was willing and able to answer any and all questions that we had (and there were many!) and calm us down when things felt stressful. And it didn't stop there, she just kept them coming. We had already moved out of state when Nikki took over. It was the middle of winter and she made sure our driveway was plowed and the walkway was shoveled, she checked to make sure the oil was full, and she even staged our home to make it more appealing. She promptly returned phone calls and took the time to ease our minds when we had concerns. The only problem we had was not choosing Nikki when we first pit the house on the market.
