He highly recommended Nikki, describing her as honest, sincere, and very professional. I took his advice and called Nikki from Houston, where I recently sold my home. From the moment we spoke, Nikkis pleasant and professional demeanor put us at ease. She immediately got to work, sending us listings, including one that caught our attention. This property was in a somewhat rural location, making it difficult to reach. Since we were in Houston at the time, Nikki traveled to the property herself. She took numerous photos and videos, along with audio descriptions of each room and the outdoor area, and sent them to my wife and me. Nikkis proactive approach and accommodating nature were highly valued. She was effective in communicating with us and through the Listing Agent, answering all our questions regarding the property. Review I have to say working with Paige Pennington with the Rezvani Property Group was probably the best experience I have had working with Realtors. I live in Florida and was heading back to Florida after a very long road trip. My wife and I randomly wanted to see a log cabin in NC and called the realtor we saw on Zillow (there were several recommendations but we luckily called Paige). She met us at the property and long story short we got under contract. Since I live in Florida, Paige made sure to meet the inspector, set me up with an internet company, connect me with the Propane company, work through some small negotiations and goto bat for me with the seller and so much more. The biggest clue that she is A+ at what she does and understands customer service is now that we have closed i have the internet and gas company coming later in the month to install, they let me know someone must be there with the techs, Paige said no problem at all she will be there to make sure it gets done. She could have easily have "been busy" as the deal is done but she understands service and how to treat and work woth her clients. I couldn't recommend Paige more if you are looking for a home.

You won't be sorry! We wanted to buy a home we could enjoy for ourselves that would also be a great short-term rental. Nikki helped us achieve this with patience, persistence and kindness. She responded quickly and, if she was unavailable, Ruth quickly responded. Nikki is very knowledgeable about the High Country area and the housing market. She was a great guide through every part of the selling process and paid attention to every last detail. She recommended the law firm, insurance broker, and inspector we use, all of whom were great. Even after we closed on our house, when we asked Nikki for recommendations for resources such as a landscape designer and porch builder, she responded quickly with great suggestions.
