ZillowVERIFIED Nikki went above and beyond for us. We were trying to relocate from out of state in a competitive market. Nikki made us feel like a priority. She alerted us when new homes came on the market, did virtual tours with us, met with inspectors when we couldnt, helped us locate lenders and lawyers in the area we could trust, and answered every question we had and more. We are in our new home now and couldnt be happier. We are so grateful to Nikki for helping us make this dream a reality.

ZillowVERIFIED Nikki was very knowledgeable and extremely efficient at helping me through the process of finding and buying a home. Upon meeting Nikki she helped me consider what type of home would best suit my current needs. She was very thorough at understanding my interests and needs and aligned her recommendations to what she thought would fulfill them. Her expertise in both the housing market and the functional structure and make up of homes, was invaluable. Once I found the home I wanted, Nikki was extremely efficient at completing the offer, submitting it, and keeping me informed all along the way until closing. Nikki made me feel like I had an ally throughout an often drawn out process. Nikki was present for the home inspection and was very invested in securing my interests. On the day of closing, we did the final walk through and Nikki helped with any final questions or concerns and again was invested in making certain I had a good home buying experience. This was the fifth home I have purchased in my life and Nikki Nielsen provided superior service and is an excellent Broker.

ZillowVERIFIED I had such a wonderful, carefree experience working with Ms. Nikki. Ms. Nikki was readily available at almost any time of the day and responded to any of my concerns or questions with haste. In my opinion, her knowledge and expertise surpass most. She has a great, helpful spirit, making sure that her client is completely and utterly happy with their decisions. If she felt a sense of hesitation from the client during the walkthroughs, she voices her opinions and says lets keep looking. Ms. Nikki was able to supply advise that a typical realtor would not be able to. I was totally blessed and lucky for the cards to land on her as my realtor. I am very pleased to have had Ms. Nikki on my side during this milestone in my life. I will most definitely recommend her to whomever I know that are in or will be in the market to purchase a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Nikki is fantastic! She has helped myself and my family with our real estate endeavors and has done an amazing job. She found a buyer for my parent's home in Glencoe, IL, and she also provided excellent consultation for my wife and I when we were considering listing our home. We ultimately decided to stay in our home, but that was due to Nikki's advice.

ZillowVERIFIED We were first time buyers and she was so helpful. She knew most of the people in the process. Her experience and knowledge of the process definitely showed. We used our own loan officer which she did not prefer but eventually was able to work with us. Very responsive and answered any questions as well as offered truthful advice when asked. Thanks so much Niki!!

ZillowVERIFIED Nikki helped us sell our home and purchase a townhome. Her knowledge and expertise was evident, and it paid off. She advised us on what to touch up before selling it and recommended a great contractor that did excellent work. She was able to list our home for more than I had estimated, and it sold fairly quickly. At the same time, she showed us townhouses in our desired areas. Her instincts on what we would like were pretty accurate; she was patient with us when we looked at a number of homes we saw that didn't work out, and we ended up going back to the first townhome development she showed us. And, to top it all off, she arranged for the closings on the sale and the purchase to be on the same day, to save us money on the moving expenses. I would highly recommend Nikki as your realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Nikki provided many options for a very unique requirement. Currently I am going through a divorce. Although the purchase did not work out due to factors beyond both (Nikki and I) of our control, she remained supportive and provided contacts for future home purchase. Once I am out from under the divorce cloud and finally free, I will be using Nikki to purchase a future home.
