Nikki was an amazing realtor. My husband and I were first time home buyers and she navigated us through the entire process from start to finish. In choosing a home she was extremely patient and flexible. She never rushed or pushed us on a property and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for in a home. She helped to teach us important things to look for in a property. When we did choose our home, she guided us every step of the way through the loan process, offers, inspections, and closing. She is extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure we were getting everything we wanted and needed. I would definitely recommend Nikki as a realtor to anyone I know looking to buy/sell. If we do ever decide to sell/move, I know we will definitely be using her again, but for now we are very happy in our home.

Nikki did a great job getting us into our forever home in 2021. We are wildly in love with it and have her to thank! She did everything she could to make things happen. It was a difficult process but she made it so comfortable for us. That level of personalization during a stressful time was so appreciated, and I really think that she made it as effortless of a process as it could have been. Nikki sold my townhouse. Her knowledge of the area and the market helped me list my townhouse for a good market price . Within 3 days I had multiple offers and was able to get over my asking price! Nikki is truly amazing. I was very impressed with all of her knowledge every step of the way She provided data for us to sell with confidence and to make intelligent offers to buy. My husband and I were very set on staying in a very small radius to our office, but she rose to the challenge and offered dozens of beautiful options right in our price range. Whenever i had a random question she would instantly responded to my text with the answer or if she missed my call she would call back in minutes. Her knowledge of timing of when our house should go on the market, pricing and staging made it so we had 14 offers all above asking in 36 hours. Her guidance during purchasing meant that she saved us from putting in offers on houses with faulty features that we wouldn't have noticed. We're so happy with the new home we're in now! I am thrilled to leave a 5 star review for the realtor who helped my wife and I find our first, and forever, home. We were house shopping early in 2021 when the market was insane and Nikki was so quick to respond with any questions (we had a lot of questions) or new listings that met our wish list. She was honest about her favorite parts of each home, and even about the parts she didn't like. Nikki had recommendations for loan providers and inspectors. She was smart and persuasive when we offered on homes, and always timely. The market was so competitive that it was hard not to feel discouraged after offering on multiple homes (with anywhere from 12-20 offers each), but she always reassured us and knew something even better was waiting. When we found the home we currently have, I think we all had a feeling. Nikki knew how to leverage our offer to make it desirable to the sellers, and we finally got our dream home. It's been 2.5 years in our home already, and we love it more every day. Couldn't have done it without her expertise, dedication, professionalism, and kindness. We feel really grateful to have had her as our realtor, and we even recommended her to our best friend when she was recently searching for her own forever home (she got hers too!). If you work with Nikki you certainly won't regret it. Be ready for your dream home to come to fruition.
