ZillowVERIFIEDNikki helped us with the sale of our home and buying a new home all at the same time. I was scared because it seemed like itd be very hard and complicated to do. She was awesome! She made the transition of sell to buy very smooth and easy! Shes very patient, knowledgeable, and attentive! I would highly recommend you use her as your realtor to find your next dream home!

ZillowVERIFIED Nikki was great in getting showings put together quickly and had great interaction with other listing agents. She referred me to a wonderful lender and she was usually swift in responding to texts. I would definitely recommend Nikki; she will go above and beyond in searching for the right house for you and will be with you every step of the way in closing.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I truly enjoyed working with Nikki. We are new to the area and had just purchased our business when we started looking for a house. Nikki did a great job of choosing home to show us and setting up multiple viewings to make sure we were able to find the perfect home for us. I have to admit that we are not the easiest people to please but Nikki made sure every part of the process went flawlessly. I would highly recommend Nikki to anyone looking to find a home in the Abilene area.

ZillowVERIFIED Told her my taste and she took care of the rest. She dealt with the lender and took a lot of the stress out of the home buying process. Highly recommended.

ZillowVERIFIED Nikki made buying our first home possible. Without her, Im not sure we would of ever accomplished it! From showing my mother in law homes to taking me once I made it to Texas, nothing was ever to much to ask of her. Nikki is the go to woman if you are in the market! Thank you for everything!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Nikki was the best. Not sure what led us to her but we are glad that we found her. We contacted Nikki in advance due to a upcoming move from overseas. Despite the difficulty of the situation Nikki had a lineup of houses within our price range upon our arrival. Even though we arrived late in the evening she was available that first day to show us a house that we were interested in. She was always available and attentive to what we were searching for in our new home. Nikki made us feel more like family than customers always putting us first. Despite us becoming discouraged while house hunting, Nikki was determined and assured us that she would find our dream home; and she did. She was available and there to help throughout the entire closing process. She was always on our side and we knew we could put our trust in her.
