We interviewed Nikki several months before we knew we would sell because we noticed that she had sold a house close to us for a very good price. Nikki was impressive with her no nonsense and realistic view of the market, knowledge of our area and what our house was worth, and her plan for marketing. In the months before the sale she was in frequent touch with us, monitoring our neighborhood and sending comps when they were available. She decided on a timeframe for putting the house on the market, and was very targeted in telling us what to do to improve our ability to sell. Her strategy for pricing was flawless. She found the sweet spot between overpricing and underpricing and we ended up getting 2 offers within 3 days of being on the MLS and ended with a sale over asking. After the offer, she did a great job negotiating with the buyer's agent to get us terms that made it easier transition for us. If I had to describe our experience with Nikki in a word I would say seamless. We put all the aspects of selling into her hands, and were able to concentrate on getting the house ready, letting her handle the rest. We would recommend Nikki whole heartedly.
