Nikki graduated from San Diego State in 2009 and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, emphasis in Marketing.

Nikki James has gained a wealth of knowledge and understanding of market trends, strategies and practical solutions in real estate buying, selling and investing. Her primary goal is to make the home buying and selling experience as smooth & enjoyable as possible, while cultivating life-long relationships with her clients.

She is married to Anthony James and together they enjoy serving their community, church & friends and raising their kids, Leighton (5 years old) & Garner (3 years old) & Sloane (10 months old) in Roseville, CA.
