ZillowVERIFIED Time crunch doesn't even begin to explain the situation we were in....we were only 2 months away from getting married and we wanted to find a house and be able to do any remodeling or updating before we got married and moved it. Nikki was so helpful in helping us achieve our goal. She was willing to meet us whenever and wherever to check out houses. We found the perfect one and the remodel is almost complete and the wedding is only a couple weeks away. Thank you so much Nikki for all your help! I highly recommend working with Nikki!

I chose Nikki from a list of realtors in my area that were familiar with my development. Basically, all she did was take photos and get the property listed. Our communications were infrequent and I mostly reached out to her when I had questions. She wasnt particularly personable and I would not recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED When asking yourself why a business or individual deserves five stars one thinks of several items on that check list. For my husband and me, friendliness is at the top but we also wanted someone to get the job done. Nikki expresses both qualities with charm and grace. She answered all our questions in a timely manner and went above and beyond our expectations for the experience. We feel so fortunate to have been recommended to her by another company. In short, she was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible.

ZillowVERIFIED Nikki is incredible knowledgeable and knows her job inside and out. Nikki is totally transparent and what she says she does. I have delt with many realtors and she is by far the best. If she isnt available she will get right back to you. Thats refreshing instead of having to wait days to hear back like have experienced in the past with other realtors. I would give Nikki the highest recommendation you wont be sorry.

ZillowVERIFIED Our lender recommended an agent who failed to get us into a house we wanted to put a contract on and we lost the house. I contacted Zillow who put us in touch with Nikki. It was fate! My husband and I have different work schedules so the times we could view homes was very narrow. It didn't hinder her at all. She got us into every house we wanted to see. We found a home on our second outing and closed by the closing date. Thank you Nikki for helping my family find our forever home!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED We thought our house will not sell for at least six months because we listed our house at the end of summer. She sold the house in four months. She is through about the market conditions and appraised us the progress of each showing. She made the transaction of the house easy. We strongly recommend her for any one in the area for real estate needs.
