VERY well prepared. She clearly had done her homework. The second agent came in and told us all the things we had to do before he could list the home. ZillowVERIFIEDI met Nikki in 2009 when I walked in off the street in search of a home. Her help in that process was flawless. When I sold that home in 2015 I returned to Nikki to represent me. Her advice was articulate, professional, direct, respectful, efficient, timely, and always with my best interests in mind. She was honest and at all points gave realistic advice that kept my expectations realistic. Her responsiveness was right on the mark. Also, her knowledge of the market, both in respect to inventory, buyer/seller trends, timing, etc. was perfect. In my profession (Land Surveying in a different state) I have literally worked with 100's of real estate professionals and Nikki is in the top two! She also expects and (delivers) the same quality of effort from her staff, who were equally professional. When I moved to the area in 2009 and at numerous times since I have relied on Nikki's referrals for: painters, movers, stagers, photographers, mortgage companies and insurance. All of her referrals were solid. She has clearly build a network and business that is meant to server her clients well...and it does! And the moral of the story...This resulted in a sale after just three showings and at a price that was, in the end, at or above those realized for other nearly identical units in the complex in the last decade.
