ZillowVERIFIED Stop your search, this is the one! Nikki Defrancesco is it! Most agents are barely more knowledgeable than the average home buyer/seller, and it shows! But Nikki has been doing this for...this can't be right, almost 20 years! I can't believe it only because she looks much younger. But I'll tell you what, her experience shows and she KNOWS her stuff!! And even if she doesn't know the ins and outs of something, she is always collaborating with her team and getting their feedback, so there's always someone in the group who knows the answer and exactly what to do. When you work with her, you're getting an entire team of agents. If you're gonna be spending the same % on any agent, why not go with an entire team, with Nikki as your #1. Oh and Sue in the office keeps everything super organized, so you don't have to worry about remembering anything either! From timelines on what to do when, to tips on packing and getting your house ready to sell. And I got to work with a professional stager and photographer to make the house I was selling look like it was living its best life, which must've helped because were getting almost 10% over asking! And when youre on the buying side, Nikki is a G when it comes to writing offers - you WILL get the house. If you've been losing out on houses you love, honestly just call her, get her opinion and what she would recommend, and see if you like what she has to say. She is reliable, responds quickly or immediately, and I promise if you just talk to her for 5 minutes you'll see what I mean. She's personable, approachable, has a great sense of humor while also being professional, she genuinely cares and naturally goes above and beyond, she's not afraid of any agent or contractor, will go to bat for you all day, she's smarter than you think (actually really impressive understanding the market, numbers, all the stuff I glaze over with), she's got "a guy" (or gal) for everything, she's a workhorse who's not afraid to get her hands dirty, and dare I say, she's an excellent dresser! Documents weren't getting emailed out - no problem. Nikki drove out to the site and picked up hard copies. She learns the unit was not properly closed for the season as promised - no problem. She got it done within the hour. I knew my interests were very well protected with Nikki. At no point was I concerned my deal was not not going to happen or that she would under perform. In fact, my unit had the highest sale price AND was the quickest to go under contract in the history of the campground. The long-distance transaction was quite a bit more complicated and time-consuming for her but she was very flexible and accommodating.
