ZillowVERIFIEDI asked the team that Nikki works for to give me more information on a property before I drove almost 2 hours to view it. Instead I got a text with an appointment. I called again for more info. No returned call at all. After all this I was stupid enough to show up for the appointment (completely disappointed by the property) and Nikki never showed up! No one on the team could find her or knew what to do. (Like send someone else immediately!) Do yourself a favor and don?t use Nikki? but also don?t even bother with the team. There are tons of realtors out there. Pick one that is responsible and respectful.

We saw a house we like roughly an hour away from home and were lucky enough to somehow come across Casey Tray. The next morning he met us at the open house and we began talking and was willing to show us a few more the same day even though he didnt anticipate spending anymore time with us outside of the open house tour. Immediately we felt like this was a company we wanted to work with. The next week we continued to mark homes that we wanted to see and Nikki was the realtor that started working with us day in and day out. Due to our distance away from the area and both of our jobs the weekend was really the only time we could look at homes. Nikki was always accommodating and always available during the week when we had questions. Our children loved Nikki and she was a highlight for them after walking in and out of home after home (which can be boring for kids lets be honest). When we were ready to make an offer on a home she was always honest with her feedback in what was realistic in terms of price. She knew what our needs and wants were and she always made sure to stay within our budget and not show us homes that would make us fall in love with it only to find out it was so far outside of our budget. I would work with Nikki again and I would recommend their company to anyone looking for a home. They get to know their clients so well, and they are so familiar with the area that it makes home buying a breeze.
