About Niecey Glenn

Niecey has always enjoyed working with people, watching economic trends, and using technology to help others. A successful real estate agent does all these things and more. Niecey took a winding path to real estate and her clients benefit from the broad range of experiences. Niecey graduated from the University of North Texas with a B.B.A. in Economics and a Master's Degree in Information Science. She worked for a software company for five years and then as a librarian for ten years. During this time, she purchased and managed two short-term rental condos in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. She and her husband currently own and manage a long-term rental property and an investment property. Niecey feels that buying, selling, and renting a variety of properties over the years has helped her understand what buyers and sellers need in a real estate agent. In late 2020, Niecey moved to Pensacola with her family and officially began her career in real estate. Her customer service, teaching experience, and technical knowledge are huge assets! Also, being originally from Texas, she understands the needs of out-of-town clients who are looking to buy and sell property. She watches the local real estate market tirelessly for those seeking investment opportunities, second homes, and dream homes along the gulf coast! Niecey's passion is helping others navigate the ever-changing real estate market and find just the right property to meet their needs.
