About Nicolle Mulvey

Nicolle was born in New York and grew up in New Jersey. Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, she was a successful stay-at-home mom who raised two children with strong core and family values. During this time, she was very active in the children's lives and led and managed the startup of a non-profit organization to raise money for and build a playground, held leadership roles in the PTA and the Boy Scouts of America and homeschooled her children. These roles helped her build strong time management skills, the ability to multi-task and patience. Nicolle has always had an interest in real estate and after moving to the Charlotte area she started her career. Her passion is helping her clients find the right house to call home. Her client dedication and love for helping others are what motivate her the most. She treats every client like they are her only client and builds relationships with them that continue long after the transaction is complete. Nicolle truly understands that buying and selling real estate can be stressful. Nicolle was such a blessing through our home buying journey! We ended up touring a wide variety of homes across a couple months' time and put in a few separate offers due to the competitive market. Nicolles listing showed it was available for sale and said nothing about offers being in by a certain day/time. We asked her to confirm our showing appointment and she finally got back to us stating all offers had to be in earlier that day, but 3 hours after we requested an appointment. Nothing on the listing about offers having to be in. Not professional and detrimental to her client the seller and certainly not as she describes herself as fair. No one I would want to work with.
