ZillowVERIFIEDMy beautiful home had been on the market for 9 mos. with no interest when I found Nicolette. She advised me on staging and price. Her photographer took pictures worthy of a magazine. Once showings began feedback was quick and specific. My calls were returned promptly and questions answered easily. When the first buyers backed out 10 days before the scheduled closing we were both shocked and I needed some "hand holding" which she provided. Nicolette got right to work showing a now empty house. She found new buyers and even had a backup! I've dealt with realtors all over the country...she is the best.

ZillowVERIFIED We came across Nicolette on Zillow and gave her a call very early in our house-hunting, unclear of what we wanted. She showed us a number of homes in various areas, talked us through the different options, and had a very realistic approach to buying our first home. She was informed and knowledgeable with each step of the process, including the structure and systems in homes and had solid recommendations for anyone we would need. We ran into a problem with our mortgage company and went with her recommendation and they were a great find! Also went with her rec for inspector and he was fantastic. You cannot go wrong with Nicolette. She's the best.

ZillowVERIFIED Nicolette was recommended to me by a friend and I couldn't have asked for a better agent to sell my home. From the very beginning I could tell she was the right agent as she was always prompt, respectful, honest, and willing to take care of the fine details. She prepared my home for staging and did exceptional marketing by having an expert take photos and 3D video. The quality of the photos and video were way beyond my expectations. She also had two open houses which had very good attendance and generated a lot of interest in the home. Eventually I got multiple offers and Nicolette helped me negotiate and decide on the best offer. She always stayed in contact with me which was very valuable considering I was out of the area during the entire listing. She always kept me in the information loop all the way through closing. I've bought and sold many homes and I can say without a doubt that Nicolette is a top quality agent with exceptional knowledge and a hard worker. ZillowVERIFIED After deciding to take a break on my house search due to lack of interest from other realtors, I randomly came across a listing from Nicolette. I gave her a call on a Thursday night and she was able to get me a showing that following Saturday. I fell in love with the house instantly and she started the paperwork with me that SAME night. She was very thorough in explaining the process and helpful in getting me started on the next steps. The process went quickly. She provided recommendations for the inspector (who was also wonderful) and the utility companies in the area. At the time of closing, she was ready in a moments notice to take care of everything. The closing went so smoothly, I forgot I was about to take a HUGE life changing step. Nicolette was even readily available after the sale of the house for an issue I ran into that was to be taken care of before the old owner left. It was taken care of within the hour.
