ZillowVERIFIEDMy beautiful home had been on the market for 9 mos. with no interest when I found Nicolette. She advised me on staging and price. Her photographer took pictures worthy of a magazine. Once showings began feedback was quick and specific. My calls were returned promptly and questions answered easily. When the first buyers backed out 10 days before the scheduled closing we were both shocked and I needed some "hand holding" which she provided. Nicolette got right to work showing a now empty house. She found new buyers and even had a backup!I've dealt with realtors all over the country...she is the best.

ZillowVERIFIED Nicolette was by far, an outstanding realtor. Because of her, the whole process was rather easy and overall stress free. She looks out for your needs and knows what to "push for". She made sure we missed no deadlines with the inspection, or anything else. I don't plan on moving ever again, but if I do, I will be calling her. I highly recommend Nicolette Wayland!

ZillowVERIFIED We came across Nicolette on Zillow and gave her a call very early in our house-hunting, unclear of what we wanted. She showed us a number of homes in various areas, talked us through the different options, and had a very realistic approach to buying our first home. She was informed and knowledgeable with each step of the process, including the structure and systems in homes and had solid recommendations for anyone we would need. We ran into a problem with our mortgage company and went with her recommendation and they were a great find! Also went with her rec for inspector and he was fantastic. You cannot go wrong with Nicolette. She's the best.

ZillowVERIFIED Nicolette was recommended to me by a friend and I couldn't have asked for a better agent to sell my home. From the very beginning I could tell she was the right agent as she was always prompt, respectful, honest, and willing to take care of the fine details. She prepared my home for staging and did exceptional marketing by having an expert take photos and 3D video. The quality of the photos and video were way beyond my expectations. She also had two open houses which had very good attendance and generated a lot of interest in the home. Eventually I got multiple offers and Nicolette helped me negotiate and decide on the best offer. She always stayed in contact with me which was very valuable considering I was out of the area during the entire listing. She always kept me in the information loop all the way through closing.I've bought and sold many homes and I can say without a doubt that Nicolette is a top quality agent with exceptional knowledge and a hard worker. I will definitely recommend her to anyone and will use her services again in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED My situation was a little different. I contacted Nicolette with intentions on selling my house due to a drastic cut in income. Nicolette informed me of a program that helps homeowners keep there homes thanks to a much lower mortgage payment that helps you keep your home due to a lower income. my mortgage payment was cut in half for a period of 12 months. The program is Loss Mitigation. Call loss mitigation about this great opportunity to keep your house or give yourself more time to get financially straightened out. Thanks again Nicolette for all your help.

ZillowVERIFIED After deciding to take a break on my house search due to lack of interest from other realtors, I randomly came across a listing from Nicolette. I gave her a call on a Thursday night and she was able to get me a showing that following Saturday. I fell in love with the house instantly and she started the paperwork with me that SAME night. She was very thorough in explaining the process and helpful in getting me started on the next steps. The process went quickly. She provided recommendations for the inspector (who was also wonderful) and the utility companies in the area. At the time of closing, she was ready in a moments notice to take care of everything. The closing went so smoothly, I forgot I was about to take a HUGE life changing step. Nicolette was even readily available after the sale of the house for an issue I ran into that was to be taken care of before the old owner left. It was taken care of within the hour. Wonderful experience, wonderful realtor. I would recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, she is absolutely wonderful and loves doing her job!

ZillowVERIFIED She helped to identify possible relocation parcels for a state relocation involving PENNDOT. Nicole provided updates to listings which were forwarded to claimants for their review and helped the department identify comprable homes for payment calculations. Updates to listings helped to identify homes no longer available for sale as well as new listings.

ZillowVERIFIED Nicolette sold our home. We were trying to save money by selling it on our own without an agent. Once we came on board with Nicolette though she helped us through a number of challenges and then still sold our home for full price! Nicolette was a true professional throughout and walked us through every step of the way without ever getting frustrated by our lack of understanding about the closing process. Working with her was a breath of fresh air. She was honest and caring throughout and we are so grateful for her help! We would definitely recommend her to anyone selling their home.

ZillowVERIFIED Nicolette was great!!! She was right on the money with what the house would sell for. She helped us with different ideas for small projects on the house before it was listed so we could sell it for what we needed. She was always there to explain anything we did not understand, and was very quick to give us updates as soon as they were available. She put a lot of time into her open houses and marketing. We felt we were her only clients at all times! We will definitely use Nicolette for all our Real Estate needs in the future.
