ZillowVERIFIED Working with Nicolette was truly one of the best decisions our family made. Over the course of three years, she patiently guided us through a major life transitionaEUR"helping us move from Idaho to OregonaEUR"never rushing us and always keeping our long-term happiness front and center. She showed us countless homes (honestly, it felt like a hundred!), took the time to understand our familys needs as they evolved, and never once made us feel like we were asking too much. Her knowledge of the market, attention to detail, and advocacy on our behalf were exceptional, but what really sets her apart is who she is as a person. This wasnt just a transactionaEUR"it was a relationship built on trust, honesty, and genuine care. When we finally found our forever property, it felt incredibly meaningful to reach that moment with someone who had been on the journey with us every step of the way. By the end of it all, we didnt just gain a homeaEUR"we gained a friend. We are endlessly grateful and cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone looking for a real estate agent who is patient, dedicated, and truly invested in her clients.

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyer I had zero clue what I was getting myself into or even where to begin. I am so lucky that Nicolette was referred to me. I really appreciated that it never felt like she was trying to push anything on me and she really took time to make sure I understood and felt comfortable for every phase along the way. While she is super friendly and easy to work with she also was not afraid to fight for me when needed. I respect and value her knowledge and expertise and will continue to highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Nicolette was referred to me for my first time home buying experience. I really appreciated that she was not pushy and never got discouraged with my pickiness. It took a few months to find the right place and it to all worked out. She was there every step of the way answering random questions or concerns and always available. She also is extremely valuable in looking at homes with her background in construction. She would be the first one to point out flaws or things we should be worried about which I really respected. She also would know how to fix or who could fix something. I appreciated the fact that should would call out flaws in homes we toured because you could tell she wasnt just trying to push a sale. I had a great experience utilizing her and would absolutely recommend or utilize her again in the future for my real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED 06/30/24 Nicolette has now helped us sell one home. The market was challenging for sellers with the interest rates being so high. Nicolette expertly advised us on setting a price for the house. She held numerous open houses and really worked hard to sell the house. When the buyers' inspector found a couple issues with the house, Nicolette reached out to our plumber who fixed the water main line to ensure the permitting was brought up to speed. She even went down to the City of Bend to get more details. Hopefully we are done buying and selling houses in Bend for a while but if we do it again, we will definitely hire Nicolete. She is the best realtor we have ever worked with.

ZillowVERIFIED When I first arrived in Bend few years ago, Nicolette Rice helped me find a house with a perfect location, just steps from Drake Park. She negotiated a price significantly under asking. I love the location, yet when I finally began updating my 1925 house, I came to realize remodeling my old house was not the way I wanted to spend my time. I told Nicolette I might be open to a move if the right place came along. Nicolette found a perfect turnkey home for me a block from my daughter and her family. She then put me in touch with professionals for carpentry, electrical, tile and paint who helped me prep my century-old house for sale. It is now under contract. If you are looking for a realtor who will work tirelessly to find you the right home or buyer, contact Nicolette Rice.

ZillowVERIFIED I wish to express our profound satisfaction with the exceptional service provided by Nicolette. As a native of Bend, her extensive knowledge of the town's development and geographical nuances greatly enriched our home-buying experience. Nicolette demonstrated a meticulous understanding of our preferences and individual needs, exhibiting a rare blend of professionalism and personal consideration. Her background in construction, coupled with years of industry experience, uniquely positioned her to identify potential concerns and cost implications, offering invaluable insights throughout the process. ZillowVERIFIED My boyfriend and I were looking to move to Sisters Oregon and were in need of a reliable, punctual, and communicative agent. Nicolette is a long-time friend and I couldn't recommend her enough! She helped my family immensely with over 10 real estate transactions and we will continue to lean on her when the time comes. She truly took her time to understand our needs and tirelessly searched for our perfect home. Since we lived in Portland at the time, she would visit any house we were interested in and send us videos of the properties while pointing out our personal "red flags". Purchasing a home can be a very stressful process but with Nicolette's expertise, guidance, and poise, she made the transition easy for us. If you are looking for a new agent, please give her a call. I'm sure you will be convinced in the first 5 minutes of talking with her. Thank you again, Nikki!!! We love our home in Sisters.

ZillowVERIFIED Nicollette (Nikki) Rice is an outstanding real estate agent and was exactly the amazing person my wife and I hoped to find to help us sell our home in Central Oregon during this turbulent and challenging economic market. Having moved several times over the past few years to meet job and family related needs, we have met and worked with realtors as buyer and seller multiple times. We can honestly say that Nikki is the gold standard in professional real estate representation. She is extremely talented and insightful: she very accurately priced and marketed our home, which sold in less than a week, despite some of the most difficult market conditions in the last decade. She created a profile (including amazing pictures) of our home that was a cut above the competition. In short, Nikki provided outstanding leadership, communication, and responsiveness throughout the entire process. We will be forever grateful for finding and choosing Nikki as our realtor. She is the real deal and has our strongest, most enthusiastic endorsement.

ZillowVERIFIED Nicolette is rad. Simply put. My husband and I used her to help us find our place in Redmond, though we began our search in Bend. We also did this during COVID, so we got to know Nikki and her style while following each out in our cars with our phones on speaker so that she could narrate the history, the community and the need-to-knows about the places we were considering. As someone born and raised in Central Oregon, she knows everything and everyone, which is delight when you're trying to understand what's around a home or a community that is new to you. In all of that community knowledge, she also just sparkles - full of smiles, happy to see you, and packed full of energy to look at houses. I don't know how she does it, as we felt like we were her only clients, but I know she's busy as it gets. You won't regret hiring Nicolette.

ZillowVERIFIED Nicolette is a rare find in a realtor. Her knowledge of Bend and surrounding areas is superb. Her background in homebuilding was extremely valuable as we searched for our property as she could spot both good and poor quality items prior to even having an inspection. She got to know the essence of what we were looking for through taking the time to get to know us and her ability to filter through the myriad of information we gave her. It was our first time purchasing an investment property and she was more than helpful in educating us, providing contacts for property management services, and other services. Since then, we have worked with Nicolette on the sale of a property and a purchase of another. We highly recommend Nicolette.
