Christina and Nicolette are amazing! As first time home buyers we expected the process to be very stressful, but they were so helpful and knowledgeable! They stayed on top of the market so we were able to find our dream house quickly. They also were very detail oriented and great with following up! There are so many steps with buying a house and they made sure we didnt miss anything. We truly couldnt have done it without them. Cant recommend the Alzona Fontaine Team enough!!

I have never seen such professional real estate agents! Nicolette Fontaine and Christina Alzona are the best of the best! They did an extremely thorough market analysis to determine the property listing price and did an amazing job, marketing the listing online and on social media. Nicolette and Christina followed up for every showing request of the home, informed buyers of all the homes details, were detail oriented with all the contract paperwork and title attorneys, to make sure the closing went smoothly and was on time. The Alzona Fontaine Team went above and beyond, every step of the way, from negotiations, to under contract through closing the deal. The reale state agents have great knowledge of the local housing markets and have many years of experience, negotiating deals and selling properties throughout South Florida. I will highly recommend them to any sellers and buyers in the South Florida and Treasure Coast FL area!

I had the pleasure of working with The Alzona Fontaine Team, Nicolette Fontaine, J.D. and Christina Alzona PA, on multiple real estate dealings and I would recommend them without exception. They have been working with my family for years (they help my parents purchase their home in Palm Beach Gardens, sell my parents vacation home in West Palm Beach and my grandmother sell one of her homes in West Palm Beach years ago). Most recently, The Alzona Fontaine Team helped me sell my recently deceased grandmother's home also in West Palm Beach. Aside from their high level of professionalism, they personally supported my family and I during this difficult time at every level. Unlike other realtors who simply sell a home and move on to the next one, they helped me through every stage, including making introductions and getting the right support from Contractors and others to prepare the Home for sale, helping me manage such third parties and using their expertise to guide me to make sure things were handled properly and effectively. Also, while they guide you, they are not pushy or demanding. They act as a support to get you to the best place possible, but they don't push you into anything or outside of your comfort zone. They also bring unique skill sets to the table. For example, Christina has an eye to prepare home staging and present the property in the best light; Christina has Decades of vast knowledge of real estate sales in the Palm Beaches and Treasure Coast, in negotiation and assessing the true value of the property, which is invaluable. Whatever she tells you (property value, market conditions etc.) it will be accurate. Nicolette has a strong legal and business transactional background with over 15 years experience selling real estate; Nicolette is tech savvy, with years of expertise in marketing and promoting the property on social media. She helps you navigate through the negotiation, communications with the Homeowners Association, putting together contract paperwork with attention to every detail in each transaction that has to take place from contract to a smooth closing with the title company. It is actually surprising, while they are only two people, they somehow make you feel like you have a whole team behind you. Also on a personal level, they are truly kind, supportive and wonderful people that treat you as a friend and not as a client. I cannot say enough positive things about The Alzona Fontaine Team. If I have any future real estate needs, there is no other team I would work with. One thing I can assure you is if you are lucky enough to obtain their services you will not be disappointed.

If you are relocating to Palm Beach County you must contact Nicollette. She is a long time resident and has all the connections and knowledge to give you the insight you need. Nicollette is an excellent listener and considered our wants when she organized viewings and when she suggested locations to look at. She never pressured us and stayed positive throughout the process. Nicollete is high energy, extremely intelligent and organized. The amount of time and effort she put into our search was amazing. We had limited time in the area and she made sure we were prepped before we arrived and then used our time well. She wrote an excellent offer, negotiated with the buyers agent, and then stayed with us while we got through the Florida sales process. The entire process from contract to sale went without any glitches thanks to Nicollette's expertise. We are very glad we had Nicollette our buying agent.

Christina Alzona and Nicolette Fontaine are phenomenal realtors! The Alzona Fontaine Team came highly recommended from several friends who have bought and sold their homes with this team. They are thorough, respond immediately, professional and wonderful to work with. With over 38 years of combined experience, I knew I would not be led wrong.When searching for my first home it was vital that I work with realtors who were available, listened to my needs, left me feeling heard and followed through with my requests - Christina and Nicolette exceeded my expectations. It is worth mentioning that this is their full time job which in todays real estate market is a rarity. I made the decision to look in one particular neighborhood. As soon a home came on the market Christina let me know and in the rare occurrence that I was not shown the home that very same day, it was seen the next day. When I mentioned things I did not like in a particular home she made sure those things were not present in the next one. When discussing offers Christina was honest and forthright - no games. Nicolettes legal knowledge from her previous career as an attorney is a huge benefit. You can be sure any questions or concerns you have about anything you are unsure of will be addressed and answered. My closing was seamless and Nicolette was present to review all documents. From contract to closing, it was a breath of fresh air to work with two women who simply got things done. Christina and Nicolette made sure I found exactly what I was looking for and made the right decision in purchasing my first home.
