ZillowVERIFIED Nicole is AMAZING. This was my first home purchase but the bank was very difficult to work with. I was calling and texting Nicole constantly and she was always available to talk, ease my anxiety and concern. She advocates for her clients and she works hard to get them into their dream home.

ZillowVERIFIED I met Nicole for the first time at an open house she was holding. She was warm and professional in my dealings with her. I engaged her to help find me downsize my home but remain in the same town. Nicole met me at all hours to accommodate my hectic schedule and kept me informed of upcoming and new listings daily. She worked hard for me, and I came to trust her with the process. When my plans suddenly shifted and I accepted a job out of town, without missing a beat, she worked diligently to quickly get my house listed and sold. Her instincts in the deal were spot-on and she was able to successfully navigate my sale with an extraordinarily difficult buyer represented by an unseasoned agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Nicole made my first home buying experience amazing. She walked us through every part of the process and was readily available for questions. She is a tough negotiator that knows the ropes. Couldnt have done it without her!

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Nicole was an absolute pleasure! I was a first time home buyer so I needed a little more guidance than most. She knows the market and helped me narrow down my options and find the perfect condo quickly and painlessly. She was always just a phone call away and came out to meet me multiple times for viewings. Once I found my perfect home, Nicole helped me get an offer in immediately, and less than 35 days later, I closed the sale today below the original asking price. I would definitely recommend Nicole to my friends and family who are looking to buy or sell their home!

ZillowVERIFIED Nicole encouraged me to begin the process of selling my condo with an open house. That was a great idea because an offer was made within 24 hours and accepted within 4 days. She coordinated the pre-planning for the open house including staging & photographing my home. The results were phenomenal! Extremely well done! Nicole supported me throughout the process and would check in regularly -- especially if she thought I would be anxious when there was a hiccup. It was a sincere pleasure working with Nicole!

ZillowVERIFIED Nicole has made a difference in our lives from the day we met her! My husband and I sold a condo and bought a new condo all while completing our masters degrees and planning a wedding! A year that could have been very stressful was made smooth and easy because of Nicole. She was always willing to talk to us on the phone about any small questions. It is clear that she truly likes us and cares about us. She helped us with both our buy and sell and went above and beyond throughout both processes. I would not even have to think twice about working with her again. Thank you so much, Nicole! We have our dream home because of you.
