There are so many I could talk about. The elderly lady that didn't want to sell her home but also wanted to get closer to her children. The First Time Buyers that you saw the shear joy in their eyes when I give them the keys to their first place called home. The Buyers that haven't been able to Buy bc of foreclosure and job loss and could finally dust off their shoes and get back to where they were and purchase a home in a school district they want to be in. There are just so many to I could share with you and not enough time....
I always wanted to do real estate, even in high school but they don't required a degree. So I went into nursing. When We built our current home my husband saw how much I loved the sale and building process that he let me go into it and I have never looked back.... I love it! I carryover my love for helping people to real estate now!
Well, I have helped one of my clients children get through an anaphylactic reaction to cats that they didn't know their child was allergic too while we were showing and another time I did save a mans life in a motorcycle accident on the way to doing an Open House. I have numerous training experiences that are valuable to my clients, both in Buying and Selling and I cater to their real estate needs each individually.
