Nicole Lauren Strober

I'm a Los Angeles native. I started in real estate in 2013 as Director of Operations for a top Los Angeles agent, and over ten years I was part of more than 100 transactions, learning the business from the inside. I became licensed in 2016 and started selling in 2017. That background gives me an unique view of how deals work, from the paperwork to the negotiation to the details that change an outcome.

I do my best work on moves with a lot of moving parts: selling a longtime family home, buying the next one while still owning this one, or buying a first place. To me, real estate is about making sure it's the right deal, not just getting the deal done. Sometimes that means pushing hard in a negotiation, and sometimes it means telling a client I don't think they should do this at all.

I've closed 41 transactions since 2017 across Los Angeles, from Culver City, Cheviot Hills, Beverlywood, Mar Vista, and Ladera Heights to the San Fernando Valley and Highland Park. I've been with Compass since 2024.
