One example was the condition and number of windows to consider for future replacement costs given the price point of the home. Nicoles use of market data to help manage realistic purchase offers within the context of current conditions as well as pricing a home to sell made the purchase and closing smooth. I think most can agree how incredibly stressful, emotional, scary, exciting, etc that buying and/or selling a house can be. Nicole has now been by our side for all THREE of our home purchases, which includes what hopefully is our forever home. During each of these home purchases I was either pregnant, had a newborn baby or crazy busy with 5 kids and Nicole was able to take on pretty much all of the stressors with the house buying process so I could focus on my family. Having such a friendly, easy to talk to, very open and honest realtor is so important to us, and it should be for you too! Because she has 20 years of experience we have so much trust in her abilities and her knowledge. She knows what she is doing and has the heart and passion for what she does more then anyone else. I kind of wish we could afford or would want to buy another house just to spend more time with Nicole! She is great. We have never been happier with our most recent purchase of our forever home. Our kids have never been happier with a neighborhood they can run outside and play with many other kids. Nicole just knew how important it was for us to get this specific house for our family and she fought so hard to the end. That shows determination and perseverance, not many realtors will actually give more effort at the end when everyone is tired of dealing with everyone. Nicole made it happen when it seemed it was impossible. We are blessed to have Nicole in our lives!

ZillowVERIFIED Nicole was great. Selling a home is typically a stressful experience but Nicole made it much more bearable. She remained in constant communication which in my case was a must as I sold the home while living out of state. She was extremely honest and forthright in her professional advice which is a fairly rare and very under-appreciated asset in an agent. She is detail oriented and found and corrected paperwork errors made by others that could have delayed the transaction or worse. With her help, we got an expensive home in a niche neighborhood under contract in just 5 weeks. Speed was more important than selling price for us, and she delivered based on our priorities. I would definitely recommend Nicole to anyone needing a smart, straight-shooter who will get the job done quickly and efficiently.
