We had some unforeseen problems with repairs of our plumbing that we needed to do before closing. The shut off valve for the house was located under a tree. Nicole handled everything and kept me calm Nicole talked to the plumber and a tree service company and worked everything out before closing Selling a house is stressful enough without any problems she was always there to keep the sale on track and keep me calm. So when it was time to buy another house 5 years later she was our only choice! She was there for us every step of the way! Nicole showed us many homes and pointed out the good and the bad She was very knowledgeable about the houses she showed us. At one point she was even in the hospital and still found time to let us know that she had another realtor in the waiting if we wanted to look at a house while she was recovering. Nicole helped us put in 2 bids for houses where we were in bidding wars and she guided us through those until the bidding was out of our price range.
