Once we made bids Nicole was able to quickly get to a number that made sense to both parties and ultimately to a close in under a month. ZillowVERIFIED Nicole got our work simply because she didnt waste her time and didnt make her pitch to us an extravaganza of self-celebration. Virtually every realtor who approached us spent all their time excessively talking about their past achievements, desperate for 5 more minutes and 5 more minutes to list them off. She was to the point, covered the same material as her competitors in less than half the time, and efficient, and not all about her own ego; I think thats particularly important in the context of a recent bereavement. We didnt quite get what we hoped to get as a sale price for the home, but Nicole does not control the tastes of the purchasers nor the markets ebbs and flows, and were thankful for her efforts regardless. I dont believe her competitors would have obtained a better result. Nicoles broader team was responsive and efficient and helped ease a process which was complete with challenges, particularly since the house was sold without my being there for the majority of the time. I have no flowery words of praise - Nicole just did very good work.
