ZillowVERIFIEDNicole was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. After having some less-than-stellar experiences with other real estate agents, my husband got matched with Nicole by Zillow for finding a house for his mother to live in. My husband and I live in the Columbus area, 2 hours and 45 minutes from Salem, so we were not able to drive there to help with the house search. Even though Nicole lives an hour away from Salem, she drove to Salem numerous times to pick up my mother-in-law, who does not drive, and show her houses. Nicole treated my mother-in-law with respect and listened to what she wanted. They looked at quite a few houses before we found the right one. Actually, my husband had about given up on finding a nice house in all of our price range (his mother's and ours) when Nicole messaged him about the house we ended up buying. The inspection found several issues that we asked the sellers to fix, after a teleconference that Nicole set up for us with the inspector and Nicole after hours. Even though it is a seller's market and there were others who had been interested in the house, the seller fixed the issues in the house, thanks to Nicole's persistence in following up with the selling agent numerous times. We actually got scared that the sellers would walk away from the deal due to our request for repairs, but Nicole kept the deal alive, and the sale went through. My mother-in-law is very excited and happy to be in a house of her own. Nicole was extremely responsive to all of our communications, worked after hours numerous times for us, and she was always very kind, friendly, upbeat, and unphased. She has a great personality and is very professional. We will definitely seek Nicole out again if we want to buy or sell a property in that part of Ohio.
