ZillowVERIFIEDFrom the beginning, we had many issues with Nicole. She had always been passive aggressive with us and constantly spoke for us. There were many issues with the rental from the beginning, and having to beg Nicole to get someone to fix the issues made it even harder. With everything that needed to be fixed, we were always being met with an attitude or were basically told to deal with it. With the repairs constantly being pushed, late, or just completely ignored, Nichole made renting very difficult. Not only did we have issues with repairs, Nichole also constantly threatened us with ending our lease early. If we werent satisfied with how an issue was being handled, Nicole was always quick to tell us that, if we werent satisfied with the house, shed happily end our lease. Even when we just moved in from a different state.Nicole has issues with time management, while we were moving across the country, she gave us less than a 12 hour notice to register with the electric company or we wouldnt have power for an entire month. Not only Nicole, but the team she had to do repairs, had issues with time management. When we would be promised to have repairs on a certain day, almost every time, no one showed. Until the end of our tenancy, we still had many unresolved repairs that were promised to be fixed. Nicole also had issues with responding, she would either ignore us or reply with a lot of aggression. Every time we tried to communicate with her, it felt like she was trying to attack us.In conclusion, having Nicole as our realtor has been nothing but problematic and we constantly felt like we were being degraded and treated like a nuisance. The entire time we were renting, she treated us unfairly and discriminatory. When we finally left, we left the house we rented in better condition then we received it and spent days cleaning the entire house. When we messaged her later, she completely ignored us and to this day will not write back about our deposit. I would never recommend her to anyone looking to rent or buy, shes very untruthful and she will push you around.

Typically things were taken care of the same day and, if it was anything to do with the a.c. or a leak, it was definitely taken care of the same day. Today we just signed on our new house that we purchased with Nicole as well. We cannot say enough about Nicole. If we had any late night questions or concerns during the purchasing process or we had any last minute listings we wanted to see she was on it. On more than one occasion we would ask her about seeing a property either as a last minute addition or while we were actually looking at other properties and, if it was in her power, we would go see it the same day. We plan to eventually rent out our house and there will be no other property management company we would consider and no other realtor for when we buy our next home.
