ZillowVERIFIEDNicole is the absolute best! She?s knowledgeable, professional, prepared, and readily available! She listed our house and helped us to sell it quickly and for top dollar so we can buy our forever home. Anytime I had a question or concern for her she was always at the other end of the phone with a quick response! She offered great advice and really knows the ins and outs of the real estate market. She is the realtor you want in your corner! I can?t speak highly enough of Nicole! She truly cares about her clients and is an expert realtor. It?s her full time job and also her passion!

ZillowVERIFIED Nicole is simply the best! We decided to work with her off of exceptional referrals from my colleagues. She is extremely communicative, intuitive, and precise. Throughout the process of us buying our house, we felt incredibly secure and in control of the process because of her expertise and guidance. I never felt like I was annoying her and there was never a moment where I was wondering what was going on. She consistently checks in and keeps everything updated and on track with all parties! After we closed, all we could continue talking about while walking around our new house was how grateful we were for working with her. There is no other realtor you should call.

ZillowVERIFIED Nicole was an absolute pleasure to work with! She has incredible people skills and is a top notch communicator. Despite always being busy (since she is in high demand) she would either answer our calls immediately when she was not with a client or typically within an hour if she was with clients for a showing. We had a hassle free experience where she had us in contract in less than 2 weeks with multiple offers and closed in just over 2 months. She has a team of professional contractors and cleaning services she can recommend to get the house ready to be listed. Our experience could not have been better! You will not find a more professional, courteous, and honest Real Estate Agent to help with your move!

ZillowVERIFIED Nicole was an incredible realtor and I dont think I could truly do her justice in one review. She was patient and diligent with us from when we first stuck our toes in the water to when we were ready to find our forever home. It was so imperative to us we find a realtor we could trust, who would have our best interest at heart, and that was Nicole. She was always there for us and we are so grateful that she helped u me secure our first and forever home. If you select Nicole as your realtor she will go above and beyond for you.

Her aggressiveness got me the house that I truly wanted over a all cash offer. Its was a blessing from heaven! Nicole is professional and eager to be the best! ZillowVERIFIED I was referred to Nicole by my coworker that is also a home inspector. He had ranted and raved about Nicole and her ability to sell homes quickly. Well, let me tell you firsthand that my coworker was so right. Nicole made an incredible Vimeo of our home, along with the matterport(3D camera for virtual tours) and professional pictures. Our home was listed literally the day before Governor Cuomo announced the Covid lock down and Nicole took an innovative approach to a aEURoevirtualaEUR? openhouse on Facebook. We also had a small bidding war and Nicole handled it smoothly and very professionally. Once we were about to go to closing, Nicole sent over a videographer for us for a goodbye video and she also had a custom wreathe made for our new home. My wife and I were flawed and so appreciative for the attention to detail that Nicole gave us. Anything related to real estate Nicole will be my agent!!!

ZillowVERIFIED I had a not so great experience with another realtor, and Nicole swooped in to save the day! She showed me house after house. Ultimately, and only because of her tenacity, dedication and steadfastness, she enabled me to find my dream home!! When there was trouble with the appraised amount and offered amount she even negotiated it lower in my favor. Nicole is the utmost professional, a total sweetheart but also a low key shark that will make sure you get you the dream home you're looking for!! She will not give up on you!!!

Nicole's patience and positive attitude, her expertise, how quickly she responded every time we needed help even while we were in the process of getting financing are just a few of what make her the best. ZillowVERIFIED Nicole Schwartz Diaz Nicole will be your BEST decision when choosing a realtor! She was always available with guidance, suggestions and a smile. She made sure that we were knowledgeable during the entire process. She was always prepared with patience, strong advice and words of encouragement when it was much needed. She is awesome at communicating, answering calls and emails efficiently not only with her clients but with all parties involved to ensure no stone is left unturned. ZillowVERIFIED We are extremely happy we met Nicole Schwartz Diaz. The positive outlook she was able to provide in marketing the house we were selling was amazing. It is not easy selling a house your parents lived in for 60 years and never updated! We only saw the negative aspects. Nicole saw al the positive aspects and the potential the house had. Nicole is a courteous, knowledgeable, professional real estate agent. Her smile and positivity are energizing! Nicole always answered our calls. When we needed someone to be at the house for an inspection or cleaning or because of a leak in the basement Nicole was always readily available. Her knowledge of the area and what buyers are looking for is top-notch. We wanted a quick sale and within two days of being on the market, Nicole presented three offers to us. We accepted one and closed in 30 days. Do not hesitate to work with Nicole. She is outstanding.

ZillowVERIFIED We anticipated selling our mother's home after her passing would be a difficult experience but from the moment we met with Nicole we knew we were in excellent hands. She was knowledgeable, confident, organized and thorough, all while being kind and compassionate. Our expectations on sale price was a lower than the listing amount. Nicole provided details market analysis and comps to support the listing number. Before meeting Nicole, we were set on a simple marketing plan. Nicole gave us and executed a complete plan leveraging the Douglas Elliman network, print & web marketing, social media and even a walking campaign to meet many of the neighbors. We were also concerned that any agent would be focused on several sales at once and it would be difficult to connect with Nicole. It was the exact opposite - Nicole made us feel as we were her only and most important client. We highly, highly recommend Nicole for any and all real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED When I decided to sell my house, I first tried to sell it on my own. It was aggravating having to drive from my house to the house I was trying to sell and the house and I got a lot of low ball offers. My husband had listed his house with Nicole so I decided to list with her as well. Nicole comped many neighborhood properties to figure out a good listing price. At the end of my first and only open house, there were 4 offers and two of them were for full price. During the whole process Nicole was very responsive and constantly updated me on what was going on as we progressed to closing. It was smooth sailing to closing. I'm so happy that I didn't try to sell it on my own because I was able to get the real estate commission plus more.
