I had the pleasure of working with Nicole for my first time home buying experience. She was absolutely excellent! She was with us every step of the way and was excellent in explaining everything we didnt understand and answering every question we had. She was available at virtually any time. Use Nicole if youre looking to buy or sell. You wont regret it.

Nicole is very professional. She is savvy about local politics and has a warm, disarming charm. No problem or setback too challenging. We were getting nowhere with selling our home before we met Nicole. She sold it for us in record time, got a fair price, and made friends with ourselves and the buyers along the way.

We were so fortunate to have Nicole Ball as our real estate agent when we purchased our home in May 2015. From our first phone interview to closing, she continued to impress us with her warmth, friendly manner, professionalism, organization, and knowledge. We did not have much to invest in a home relative to the market in which we were looking, but she couldn't have treated us any better than if we were millionaires: listening to our preferences, finding properties to fit us. answering countless questions, and providing information and explanations (researching if necessary, e.g. tidal property legalities) during the whole process. Nicole would be our enthusiastic first recommendation to any looking for a realtor.
