ZillowVERIFIED Nicole Rodriguez was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL to work with. Her communication, organization and knowledge we impeccable. Nicole was so very helpful when it came to negotiating for a Veteran client. VA transactions have MANY myths surrounding them. Nicole made sure that the offer stood out and was on the same playing level as other conventional offers. She knew to advise the listing agent that the seller had to pay NO EXTRA FEES at all (including the pest inspection) just because it was a VA Loan. If you were wondering if working with Nicole Rodriguez was a good idea or not, STOP THINKING.... It's a GREAT idea. Nicole is phenomenal with all buyers, but I must say that if you are a Veteran, you will be soooo happy with your choice if you work with Nicole Rodriguez.
