Nicole was great! She went above and beyond for us! She was very quick to communicate, and my wife and I felt safe with her knowing that she was doing everything she could to sell our house. I would HIGHLY recommend Nicole to anyone looking to buy or sell!

My husband and I recently moved down to South Carolina two years ago after living up in the cold New Hampshire! When we anticipated the move, Justin found Nicole and reached out to let her know we may be looking to buy a house in Aiken, SC in the near future. We ended up in apartment living for the next 5 months but never forgot about Nicole based off our first few interactions with her. In mid-October, I found out I was pregnant, and my husband reached back out to Nicole and had a house visit set up the next week. We went to this beautiful property in North Augusta. Not being from the area, we didnt realize it wasnt that great of an area and Nicole, thinking of a soon-to-be momma, honestly spoke out against that neighborhood for our family. I felt so encouraged of her honesty and that she wasnt just trying to make a sale. The next night we went to go look at another house - and it was gorgeous and right in our price range, in an amazing neighborhood! She was an awesome communicator throughout the entire process and always a friendly face to converse with. At closing, she gave us a hand-painted ornament of our property. Just gorgeous! Two years later, we called her again when we were looking into sell and move out of state again. This time I was pregnant again, with our second, and nine months pregnant, to say the least. Nicole was so mindful throughout the entire process - with house showings, open house, getting our pictures taken, etc, as we were in a busy season awaiting our child to be born and move back up north. She had truly gone above and beyond the entire process - after having lots of complicated requests through our buyer, she was a wonderful representative for our family, researched contractors in our time of need, and walked us through getting everything done in what seemed like the 11th hour. Our family will always be grateful for Nicole and her investment in our selling our home. Highly recommend Nicole - and if you are looking for a home inspector, her husband Paul is a great one!

Nicole was my realtor for a home I recently sold in Aiken. She was one of the best realtors I have ever worked with, very personable and professional. She is also knowledgeable in not only the real estate market but the local area too. Thanks to Nicole and her hard work, my home had an offer after only being on the market for three days. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Nicole Robinson was very knowledgeable about the Aiken area. Not only did she show me some amazing houses, she took her time and shared information about the surrounding area- including school districts and local restaurants and shops. She answered all of my questions and was very professional. She was so sweet and kind as well! Such a joy to work with. I never felt pressured- she went above and beyond to help me find something that I would love. When we didnt end up moving to the area, she even sent me a card to let me know that she wished me well and if our paths would cross again, she would be happy to help me take a second look.

Nicole is absolutely wonderful to work with, she is very knowledgeable about the market and what I should list at, and I was thrilled with the outcome! Nicole genuinely cares about the people she works with and the community she lives in and it shows in how honest and forthright she is. She is very communicative and easy to reach to answer questions at any time, and I had a lot! I cannot say enough good things about Nicole, and I would highly recommend her to any one looking to buy or sell a home in this area.

Nicole was super helpful throughout the process of selling my mother on laws condo after she passed away. She helped us through the entire contract, inspection and repair process and was always a pleasure to work with as we navigated the ins and outs. Nicole takes great pride in making sure her clients are satisfied throughout the process abs got us the best outcome we could in the sale. We could not have asked for a better agent to help us through such a difficult time.

She was recommended to us by a friend. Initially, she was helpful but later on started getting very impatient and pushy for us to close a deal. Even though, I was helping her by finding the homes for us to see through Zillow. On our fourth home, she lost patience with us. Buying a home is an important and big decision. It is important that it meets the needs of the family. We are truly disappointed. We just expected more from a Meybohm Realtor.
