ZillowVERIFIED If you are looking for a house in this crazy market, I will recommend Nicole. We are relocated to this completely new state, no idea about the residential areas. She understood what we are looking for and scheduled showings on time or even on demand in very short period of notice time. We had three trips of intensive house hunting with her and each trip took 2 days, and she was very dedicating to showing us houses and answering all the questions we had about each property. That tells us a lot how patients she was with us. She also went above and beyond to obtain documents for us, which helped us making decisions on offering. I gave her 4 stars on negotiation not because she didnt try to negotiate for us, It was because this unpredictable market. I truly enjoy all those house hunting trips with her. On top of all, she provide honest answers. And if you randomly text her about something at weird time, she will text you back. Excellent customer service.
