I believe real estate is about more than just homes--it's about people. I stay active in the community throughout Nassa County through causes close to my heart, including FBHS (GO PIRATES!) and RCA Cheer, Amelia National Tennis, Rotary International, Take Stock in Children, Junior Women's Club, and Lynch Syndrome International. I'm also proud to support conservation efforts through Ducks Unlimited. Whether it's supporting our local athletes or mentoring future leaders, giving back is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

HOBBIES/INTEREST

When I'm not helping clients buy or sell in beautiful North Florida, you'll probably find me out on the boat, soaking up the sun, or enjoying anything that involves being on the water. I'm a proud Jacksonville Jaguars fan, loyal to UGA Football (Go Dawgs!), and love staying active--whether it's a good workout or a walk down Centre Street with an iced coffee in hand. I'm all about live music nights on the island, beach days with my girls, and keeping faith at the center of it all. Jesus is my compass--on and off the clock.

FAMILY

My greatest joy is are my two amazing daughters who keep life fun, busy, and full of laughter. We share our home with a sweet German Shepherd, a laid-back cat, and a turtle with a big personality. Whether we're at the beach, out on the boat, or just enjoying island life together, family is the heart of everything I do.

Nicole is the BEST real estate agent I have ever met. I flip homes and use agents to buy and sell properties I have renovated. Most agents I have used are not very thorough. They do as little as they can to get through the sale. Not Nicole... Nicole is "over the top". Her dedication to professionalism is something I have never encountered.
