Ive known Nicole for many years, so when the time came to buy a house there was no other person I trusted more. Buying a house is not easy, and is a very stressful process. However, she made it as easy as possible for us. She answered any questions we had no matter how silly it was. Nicole is also very personable, and makes you feel like family. She also works so hard for her clients. She put together goodie bags and door knocked in neighborhoods we liked trying to get us a home of which we desired. I cannot thank her enough for all that she did for us. She is one of a kind, and I cannot recommend her enough! If youre looking for a good real estate agent, Nicole is the one!

I had the pleasure of working with Nicole to sell an investment property in New Jersey that I had acquired sight unseen while based in Maryland. From the outset, Nicole quickly understood my goals as an investor and took complete ownership of the process. There were a number of responsibilities on my end aEUR" including repairs, inspections, and cleanup aEUR" but Nicole stepped in and handled them effortlessly, knowing I wasnt in a position to manage them from out-of-state. She ensured everything was done with professionalism and care. What truly stood out was her ability to navigate a complex transaction. I had acquired the property through an option, and there were a few pending and past legal issues tied to it. The journey of selling a property can be intimidating and tedious; however, thanks to Nicole, this was easier. Nicole was very helpful, patient and understanding. Nicole and her team were very honest and forthcoming, told us exactly what we needed to know and always looked after our best interest. She went above and beyond showing us houses, and even did extra by helping us look at every nook and cranny of every house we looked at. She even picked my wife up and went out of her way for us. It was a tough market and frustration always kicked in through out our time looking for our perfect home.
