ZillowVERIFIED In 2017 I was looking for a home in specific school district in the Vail area of Arizona. I had been working out of state for some time and had friends in the area helping me. In their search, the found a home that was listed by Nicole Palese. She showed them the home and they reported back to me with their evaluation. They introduced me to Nicole over the phone and from then on Nicole became my resource for not only the purchase of the home (which I didn't see until the day of the closing) but inspection services, painters, plumbers and roofers. She even procured a roofing quotation on my behalf. She kept in constant contact with me via phone calls, texts and email. Providing documents and clarifications during the process. The closing was smooth and event free. Nicole provided good council during negotiations and all paper work was ready and waiting for me to sign when I arrived. More than a realtor, Nicole is a ready resource for the area and always ready and willing to help even after the closing. She is still helping me more than a year after the purchase by supplying me with the names of reputable house painters. Nicole is a great realtor and an asset to the community. When buying another house or selling my current home, I will call Nicole. Thank you

Even though this buyer did not pan out, I chose Nicole to represent me because she was so dedicated to her job. She was very responsive and easy going about the whole process. Her knowledge was impressive and she communicated in a way that felt like you were simply talking with a friend. She is not pushy or demanding in any way throughout the process.
