ZillowVERIFIED I was referred to Nicole through my lender. This is my perspective as first time home buyer.Nicole gave me access to a MLS of which I did most of the house searching myself. I would then forward her a list of houses to see and she would schedule showings on the same or next day. I've probably been to at least 15 houses with her throughout several different cities. I still feel bad sometimes about it because it was very clear at the start I didn't know where I wanted to live but she still took the time to show me every house that I've selected (good and bad) without question.During showings Nicole would go around the house similar to what a home inspector would do and educate me on different aspects of the house regarding maintenance, replacement or potential issues in the future. I can definitely guarantee that for some houses, Nicole looked around the home a lot more than than I did and pointed out things that could be a deal breaker for me.Overall, she has she's done a wonderful job helping me find a place to call home.Thank you again!

ZillowVERIFIED Nicole was extensively responsive to our needs. She quickly gathered our desired locations and home features and arranged tours immediately during all times that fit our busy schedule. She was respectful of our opinions as we toured each potential option, but she was also thoughtful and informative as she had done the research and knew a good deal about each property's history. When we honed our list to the final options, Nicole then really went to work for us explaining the probable price and other important negotiation points. When we made an offer, she included those deal points which ensured we would get what we paid for and more (such as warranties, inspection contingencies, escrows at the right price levels, etc.). She really approaches the negotiation as though she is taking care of her own money - such a wonderful trait in a market that is often managed by others only interested in closing a deal and moving on. We got the home with all the features we wanted for a great price. After closing, Nicole followed up with us on every remaining detail. She knows the business and truly cares about her clients throughout the entire home buying process. I highly recommend her to all of my family and friends and will absolutely bring her aboard for any future need.
