Our must-haves were a ranch house with a finished basement, an area to garden, close shopping and in proximity to a hospital (we are getting on in years, dont tell anyone ;) Ms. Mulder delivered! She narrowed down the list of 20 properties, gave us the pros and cons on each house vis-a-vis our must have list and our wish list before we saw each one. And most importantly, after the first three properties, she narrowed the potential list down further as to what would work for us. She was spot on. In fact, after the papers were signed we had a question about the home warranty, and she happily agreed to straighten the matter out with the sellers and finance company. In addition, she is very personable, dependable, and prompt. We did purchase a property and actually enjoyed the process!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I worked with Nicole to purchase our first home and she was wonderful to work with. I cannot imagine a better home buying experience. What I loved most about working with Nicole was how quick she was to respond to texts, emails and phone calls. She provided daily listings of homes and was SO FAST at scheduling showings. Nicole was very knowledgeable about the local neighborhoods, school information, builders, etc. She is a former Police Officer and the knowledge she brought from her previous career was amazing and made me feel so comfortable talking to her about neighborhoods. Nicole was patient and truthful with the many questions and concerns my husband and I had as first time home owners. Nicole has a great deal of integrity. I felt like she was truthful when asking questions about value, offers, etc. I never felt like she was pushy. She wanted my husband and I to find our perfect home and was willing to do what she could to make that happen for us. When it came time to put in an offer she gave sound advice and helped us get our home (not even at full asking price) even though there were multiple offers. I found Nicole by asking others in the community and many, many people recommended her and now I know why. I would absolutely work with Nicole again.
