Preparation and presentation are key! Buyers often make their decision within the first few minutes of walking through the door or even before, when browsing online. I start with professional marketing, staging strategies, and neighborhood positioning to make sure your home stands out and attracts the right buyers quickly. Last and final step is to leverage my network of agents and online visibility to connect to your ideal buyer.

I have worked with a wide range of clients, from first-time buyers and growing families to relocating professionals, luxury homebuyers, and investors. Because I specialize in relocation, many of my clients are moving to Central Florida from out of state and rely on me for neighborhood comparisons, local insights, and a smooth transition into their new community.

Q: 4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

Recently, I helped a couple from New York relocate to Winter Garden. They wanted the experience of building a new home while keeping their budget in check. We worked through their must-have list, balanced lifestyle priorities with cost, and found a one-level ranch that gave them nearly everything they wanted. What I loved most was seeing them prioritize connections with family over square footage and walking into a home that perfectly reflected that.

I started in real estate after a career in mortgage lending and marketing, which gave me a strong foundation for helping clients with both the financial and lifestyle aspects of buying and selling a home. My background in marketing has been a game-changer. It allows me to showcase homes online in ways that truly capture attention and share client success stories.

Nicole is a God send! I don?t even know where to start. When my husband and I met Nicole, we had no knowledge of Florida other than it was a good place for vacations with our 4 children. We told her that we wanted to move to Florida from New York and was interested in central Florida. Nicole not only was a realtor she was also our eyes, ears, and in person representative that visited homes when it was difficult for us to tour homes in person. Our tours were done virtually and we didn?t mind because she give us her honest opinion and also was very knowledgeable about each area. Nicole is my real estate agent who has helped me relocate from Bethesda, Maryland to Orlando, Florida by finding a wonderful location and a reputable builder, Pulte, to have built my dream home in Orlando. Nicole has extensive experiences in real estate business, and is very knowledgeable, competent, patient, and professional. She is a great communicator. Nicole does market research for each client in order to serve the clients' best interests and needs. She goes beyond her real estate agent duties to help me in purchasing the Orlando home. During the nine-month construction period, since I lived in Maryland, Nicole went to the site numerous times on my behalf to go over the country inspections, the design phase discussions, and etc. She talked to the builder and relevant parties about the construction and inspections. She used Facetime to keep me posted on each visit she made to the construction site, or the design center. She facilitated the virtual meetings with the builder, the design center or other subcontractors involved with the new home building. She helped me not only with the purchase of the Orlando home, but also with the selling of my Bethesda home, giving me professional advice, and helped my moving from Maryland to Florida by finding good moving companies for me. Nicole has the best interests of her clients in heart, and she deeply cares about them. She treats her clients, old or new, local or remote, with respect, and she is devoted to her clients like family. She is always responsive, even when sometimes I called her at midnight. I couldn't be more satisfied or happier with her excellent service, and I am very grateful to have Nicole as my trusted real estate agent. I strongly recommend Nicole to all of my relatives, friends, colleagues, and all others who have real estate needs. If the highest rating is five, I will give Nicole ten.
