ZillowVERIFIEDNicole is amazing at what she does! She is readily available for questions and concerns. Even after a year and a half of owning our home, she still checks in on us. We could not be happier with our experience with her or recommend her enough.

ZillowVERIFIED Weve worked with Nicole three times, which should show how much weve enjoyed and appreciated working with her. Shes sold two of our homes, both of which sold over-asking and had incredible offers brought to the table. Nicole was also deeply patient and thorough as we hunted for our new home. She was successful in writing a very complex offer that met all of our expectations and more. Shes professional, organized, knowledgeable, and efficient. We so appreciate all the time shes spent with us over the years and, should the need arise, we will absolutely work with us again. Nicole is a must-have asset and a necessary investment when buying or selling a home!

ZillowVERIFIED Nicole was such a pleasure to work with. She was able to get me top dollar for the sale of my home. She guided me through the process of getting my home ready for sale step-by-step. I was living in a nursing home at the time. She made a number of trips here to sign all the paperwork involved. She was very patient and understanding and cared about me and accommodating my needs. I highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED I truly enjoyed working with Nicole during my home buying experience. This is the second time I have used Nicole and our experience together was much different. The first time, it was a buyer's market and things were a breeze. This time around, it was a seller's market, but Nicole's support gave me hope that we'd find the right place (and beat other offers when the time came). We looked at nearly 20 homes all throughout the Green Bay area. While some homes were in areas Nicole wasn't as familiar with, she was eager to learn and research the neighborhoods with me. She knew safety was my #1 priority and so every house we looked at me she'd ask how I felt about the neighborhood. At times when I was on the fence, she wouldn't push me one way or another, but she would always kindly point out that if it was the right one..I would KNOW.When the right one finally came along, I knew I had to see it. Within minutes of it being posted online, I was texting Nicole. We were in the house within an hour (ahead of 20 other showings) and made an offer within two hours of seeing it. Nicole and I debated the offer, looking at other homes nearby and homes of similar layout. Her knowledge and patience was a godsend during this stressful time. She helped me crunch numbers and supported me when I finally decided on a number.Once the home was secured, Nicole remained hands-on, letting me know next steps, answering my questions (even the dumb ones) and was truly just as excited as I was when I moved in. Since then, she has checked in occasionally to see how things are going. She loves to see the updates I've done.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I have loved working with Nicole! She's sold two homes for us in the past two years and is helping us find our dream home. She's extremely knowledgeable, quick to respond, and has a thorough understanding of the real estate process. We were blown away by how easy our last home sale was. We listed it on a Friday, had over 20 showings that weekend, had multiple offers on Monday, and accepted a cash offer that was $10k over what we asked. We highly recommend working with her and have been so pleased with our experiences with her!

ZillowVERIFIED Nicole was such a joy to work with from day 1! She set up a list of homes that fit our needs and budget and we chose the ones we wanted to go see. She was friendly and knowledgeable of the buying process. We would text her when we wanted to see a home last minute and she was able to set things up and take us for showings within an hour or us texting her sometimes! We couldn't be happier in the home that Nicole helped us find and will be recommending her to all of our friends who will be home hunting! Thanks Nicole! :)

ZillowVERIFIED We truely enjoyed working with Nicole. We are an older couple, really didn't know if working with Nicole would be a good fit, and she proved us wrong. Nicole was easy to connect with, she knew her real estate. She would answer all our questions, Nicole was always prompt returning information, even after the sale, if we had a concern she was there!! A great sales agent!

ZillowVERIFIED We had a difficult parcel of vacant land that several realtors were unable to sell. In a very short amount of time, Nicole Meachum had a buyer. Unfortunately, (through no fault of the realtor) the transaction fell through. Nicole had another prospect whom she immediately contacted and the sale was finalized in less than 2 months. Nicole is energetic, resourceful and worked diligently for us. When the time comes in the future for us to require the services of a realtor, Nicole Meachum will definitely be our choice again.

ZillowVERIFIED In the process of moving to the Green Bay area from Madison, we have worked with Nicole Meacham as our real estate agent. Nicole was wonderful to work with, and very knowledgeable about the real estate market in this area. Nicole showed us a variety of options in our search for the perfect home. Among some of the options were: vacant lots, if we decided to build; as well as condos and houses for immediate occupancy. During the purchase of our home, Nicole was always available to guide us through the entire process and answer all of our questions. In the future if we need a real estate agent, we would not hesitate to contact Nicole to help us once agin to find the perfect home for us.ritchandpaula

ZillowVERIFIED After inquiring about a property listed on Zillow, Nicole was the only agent that reached out to me. The others simply sent sent an email advising the house in question was under contract. In fact, I was in need of a realtor due to an employment relocation. In a word, Nicole was AWESOME! I only had a ten day window to find a house. Her knowledge of the area, her timely and responsive actions to new listings, and her dedication has been matched by no other realtor I have ever worked with. I have moved 10 times. Nicole was persistent. She scheduled showings and even altered her own personal plans to accommodate a late night showing of the home I ultimately purchased. Without Nicole, I would have never accomplished the task of finding a home with such ease. Her knowledge of the market also enabled me to make a fair offer with her guidance. Nicole will be the agent I contact for my next move and the agent I refer others to use. Nicole is a great agent and a wonderful and knowledgable person. Thanks Nicole!

ZillowVERIFIED I was still somewhat new to Green Bay when I started working with Nicole to help me find my home. She was extremely easy to work with and took the time and effort to learn what I was looking for and made the process incredibly easy. Since this was my first home purchase, she was with me each step of the way until I had my new keys in my hands. She even checked in after I had moved in to make sure everything was going good so far. I would highly recommend Nicole if you are looking for a realtor. I never felt any pressure and she couldn't have been more helpful.
