From initial search to closing, she took my spouse and I through our first time purchasing a home in a way that made the process feel manageable and attainable. I can honestly say that without Nicole's guidance, we would not have found the home we did. She was a brilliant strategist in negotiations, and helped us get a fantastic deal. Plus, she seems to genuinely love the process of getting folks into the right home, and was fun to dream and imagine with. Review Nicole did a wonderful job for us! We could not be happier! We inherited a house in Anchorage 3000 miles away from our home in Tx. Nicole made sure we had the authority to sell the house before she sent us the listing agreement. We would have been in a very bad place if she would not have done that as we did have to go thru probate. She made sure to check on the house, so we had piece of mind being so far away from during the freezing Alaska temps. It ended up being SEAMLESS for us do to her attention to detail. Nicole is simply the best realtor you can ask for!!!!!
