Nicole did a wonderful job for us! We could not be happier! We inherited a house in Anchorage 3000 miles away from our home in Tx. Nicole made sure we had the authority to sell the house before she sent us the listing agreement. We would have been in a very bad place if she would not have done that as we did have to go thru probate. She made sure to check on the house, so we had piece of mind being so far away from during the freezing Alaska temps. It ended up being SEAMLESS for us do to her attention to detail.
