During unsettling times Nicole put us as ease and ensured that all safety protocols were followed throughout the process. We received 6 offers within the first 7 days of listing our home. We attribute this success to Nicole's experience and market knowledge. She visited our home to offer her professional tips on how to prepare for the listing and presented her pricing analysis. Nicoles team included a home stager, photographer and videographer and together they created an impressive listing which I am certain attracted a lot of interest. On the purchasing front we had a long list of things our new home needed to have and it was extensive. We felt Nicole really heard us and did her due diligence before taking us to tour homes. Due to the increase in sales Nicole was comforting and said we would know when we found the right home. Again, she was RIGHT! We were patient until the perfect home came along and we knew immediately when we found the one. Nicole helped us negotiate the right terms and communicate effectively with the sellers to secure the deal. Nicole went above and beyond sharing her list of service providers as we worked through the inspection process and worked seamlessly with our financial institution and attorneys.
