Nicole Harrell relocated with her family from Pittsburgh to Sussex County in 1986. With a rich professional background, Nicole spent nine years at Sea Colony, where she gained valuable experience in both the property management division and the accounting department. She then expanded her expertise by working for a professional land surveying firm for a decade, building her knowledge of real property, including flood zones, deed research, municipality procedures, new construction, and subdivisions.
