Nicole struck the perfect balance of being optimistic and realistic with assessing the value of the land I wanted to sell and how to reach potential buyers. Many other realtors I talked to quoted a sale price wildly low or high. I also liked the personal touches like the drone video and her enthusiasm for the sale. Review Wow! How refreshing to work with a true professional!Selling raw land is not always an easy thing to do. Especially one that you are particularly attached to and in the middle of a pandemic! Nicoles marketing plan drew attention from potential buyers locally as well as those who were drawn to the area specifically to consider this piece of land on which to build their dreams. Review Nicole is the best! I contacted several real estate agencies in the area, but none of them were responsive or seemed to want to help my husband and I find a house in Murphys. I finally found Nicole, and based on positive online reviews decided to reach out. She was extremely responsive, whether it was by phone, text, or email. If a house came on the market that we wanted to tour, Nicole would set up a showing for the next day. She understands the market demands in the area and always helped get us in to see the house and/or put in an offer asap. She even found a house that wasn't listed online yet and got us in to see it before most other folks even knew it was on the market. Eventually Nicole helped us buy a lot that we are going to build a house on, and she was very patient, responsive and informative through the very long closing process (delayed due to COVID). I cannot recommend Nicole enough. You'll love working with her!

Review Wow. We searched through 100s of realtors, talked with many, and finally found Nicole to represent us as buyers. We had a MARVELOUS experience working with her. You will too.Here is what sets Nicole apart:1) Nicole does not have "commission breath" like other realtors. She is genuinely interested in being ultra helpful and not pushy -- all while being EXTREMELY efficient, dependable, and friendly!2) Nicole does not deal in drama like many realtors. She is no nonsense, sticking to the facts, but also recognizes that property can be an emotional thing. She is fair and logical. She helps weigh emotions, but does not twist them to create pressure or fabricated reality.3) Nicole is an AGENT! She's a strong negotiator. She has many very valuable and reasonably priced local contacts available to help if you like (house inspectors, mortgage, insurance, title, etc). At each choice, we did some of our own research (which Nicole had no problem with), and usually we ended up going with Nicole's contacts as they ended up being best. For the one service where we didn't use Nicole's network, there was no problem for her.All in all, a FANTASTIC experience! Review We were basically looking for the impossible in terms of what we wanted and how much we could spend. We were super lucky to have Nicole as our agent as I dont think wed have the property we do without her tenacity and unwavering dedication to our plight. She used uncommon resources to find a property that was not listed on the MLS and technically not even officially for sale and somehow she made our dreams a reality. Review We were looking for an investment property which would also serve as our future home when we were ready to retire. We were only able to come to town very periodically to look at things so Nicole had to do a lot of the hunting without us and she hit the pavement for 6 months finding the perfect house to serve our needs. Review I needed a realtor to help me sell a home that belonged to my aunt. I grew up in the area and have purchased and sold homes in four different states over the years. I now live out of state and knew I was going to need someone that I could trust and communicate with regularly by phone since my time there would be limited. I met with four different representatives from different agencies and they were all knowledgeable and eager to help, but Nicole Lennol was the standout.From the first meeting with my aunt and me through the closing on the house Nicole was terrific! My aunt was moving to assisted living so there were a variety of different details like furniture, appliances, "garage sale" type belongings", etc. that had to be dealt with before we could even start the sale process. Nicole was there with an answer or source for all of our issues. She also connected me with painters and a flooring company to redo the inside of the house, take out carpet, and refinish all the hardwood floors. She also followed up after all the work and kept me updated on the progress. The home sold for a fair price and closed quickly. Nicole even went to my aunt's new residence quite a distance away and met with the title company personnel as our representative for the closing. We absolutely, unequivocally could NOT have done this without her. My siblings and I are very grateful for all her hard work.

Review Nicole has been awesome as my real estate agent. She is conscientious, knowledgeable and very savvy with negotiating. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of through every step of the way. I would call her a aEURoehouse geekaEUR? for lack of a better term because she seems to know a lot more than the average realtor. Add that quality to her attention to detail and communication skills and its a recipe for a smooth transaction, of which Ive had the pleasure of doing 2 transactions with her and definitely will use her again.
