ZillowVERIFIED I would and have recommended Nicole to anyone in the Triad. I have nothing but great things to say about Nicole. I waited a long time to sell my house in Greensboro because I thought I wouldn't be able to sell it for the price I needed plus I had moved 8 hours away and was nervous about being able to get things done while so far away. Nicole took all of that worry away. She provided me with a suggested sales price which was backed by financial data and analysis from the area, she suggested work to be done to the place that would provide the best return and ensure a quicker sale. Nicole suggested vendors (because I asked for them) who were all amazing and if they didn't respond timely to me, Nicole was on it! She even stepped in to help me a little bit when I seemed overwhelmed. The house looked great after Nicole's suggested upgrades and I had an offer with in 3 weeks. Nicole didn't stop there though - she assisted me through the appraisal, inspection and settlement process and took time to explain things to me that I was unfamiliar with since I had never sold a house before. She was always pleasant and helpful, never pushy or overwhelming. She really made the whole process as stress-free as possible. She is the best realtor I've ever worked with and I wish I could use her in PA too!
