ZillowVERIFIED Nicole was always available and responsive. In only a few days (and prior to me moving to Clovis), we got a lists of houses together to go look at. My first day in the area we went to visit everything on my list, and a few on her list as well. She understood what I was looking for and I ended up choosing one of her picks, rather than one of my own from doing zillow research. It only took a day of searching to find the house I wanted, and the next day (which was a Sunday by the way) we met to submit a purchase agreement. The next day we had a response from the seller and Nicole referred me to an excellent local lender (who I also ended up choosing). Thanks to her availability, local area knowledge, and excellent referral, it only took 26 days from submitting the purchase agreement to closing on the property. With a move that has otherwise been very stressful, this home buying experience has been very smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend working with Nicole and her referrals. With her you will find and have what you are looking for with no delays in her end.
