ZillowVERIFIED Nicole recently helped my wife and I purchase a home in Lancaster, NY. We were first time home buyers, and the process of finding and purchasing a home proved to be very daunting before we met Nicole. She was extremely responsive to our texts and calls, and scheduled showings either same day or next day after we expressed interest in a home. When we found our dream home, Nicole was extremely helpful in analyzing comparable homes and helping us to come in with an offer that was very competitive, but not too high (this sweet spot can be hard for a buyer to identify themselves in this crazy market). She also helped us get pre-approved for a mortgage within 2 hours (on a Sunday!) so that we could submit an offer by the deadline. Our offer was accepted, and Nicole continued to walk us through the entire closing process until the documents were all signed and the keys were in our hand. Her devotion to her craft was apparent throughout our entire experience working with her, and we would recommend her to anyone who is currently looking to buy or sell in the WNY area.

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyer, to say I knew nothing about the process or just homes in general is an understatement. Nicole was absolutely amazing throughout the month or so my fiancA(C)e and I worked with her and was honest and explained everything so thoroughly. Buying our first home wouldve never happened without Nicole. Not only was she our agent, but she treated us like friends and it made the process so easy. I would and will recommend her to anyone buying a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Nicole was fantastic. She knew what I was looking for after a few consultations and within a week (and a few walk throughs) I bought my property. The process itself was made extremely easy since Nicole suggested various lenders and insurance agents to suit my needs. It was reassuring to know someone with such market knowledge was on my side. I would recommend her for any sales needs and will be using her services again. Aaron Besch

ZillowVERIFIED Nicole, Wow! Made buying a house such a breeze! I was new to home buying, and have heard horror stories from friends and family about terrible agents. Nicole was professional and personal! She never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way!She was constantly responding to our requests to show homes even when we were uncertain on the bank approvals. She made it easy with the mortgage lenders, attorneys, and closing was really easy - not as they shown in Youtube videos. Everything was covered from soup to nuts. If you go with Nicole, you don't have to worry about any documentation on house, inspection of the house, or even dates - she remembers everything.

ZillowVERIFIED I can be a fairly passive person but Nicole isn't. She made sure that we included all necessary repairs in the Pina and helped me negotiate the process. She also helped collaborate with my loan officer to help me move the process along. Nicole was on top of the process every step of the way and brought me to the house that was right for me.

ZillowVERIFIED Nicole is meant to sell houses! She was so ontop of everything. I would ask her about getting a viewing for many different houses in distances sometimes 45min away from each other and within no time at all she had me booked and ready to view. It was my first time buying a house and I greatly value fast and efficient work from others and Nicole was nothing short of that. I'm now in my new home and I truly couldn't be happier. You want a house.. Call Nicole!

ZillowVERIFIED Nicole was an absolute gem! My fiancA(C) and I were looking for our first home, as new homeowners we knew nothing about the process, what to look for or where to look. Nicole took the time to talk with us and figure out exactly what we wanted in a home and what we would be able to afford with our budget. She opened us up to new areas that we did not think of, as well as deterring us from areas that would stretch our budget. As we were viewing house, Nicole got her hands dirty often, making sure to check out all the ins and outs of the house before advising on an offer. She put our needs ahead of the sale, and made the house buying process easy an painless! We could not have asked for better service and she will 100% be the realtor I recommend to anyone looking!

ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend Nicole for professionalism, attentiveness, responsiveness and the way she helps through even after closing of home. When I look for a realtor, I really focus on whether this person can take load off of me in looking for homes and throughout the buying process. And she did every bit of it. She will respond and answer every little thing you ask and is always on top of her game. One negative/positive (depending on how you look at it) is that she is very busy. It's quite a minor in its impact as she is very communicative and responsive. But the way she handles the process and takes care of me even after the closing was fantastic that I had to come back and leave a review!!!If you're looking for a home, she's the girl!

ZillowVERIFIED Nicole was absolutely amazing in both finding my parents their new, much more manageable home, and with the sale of their old property. She hit every single one of their wants and she did it within a matter of days!!! Nicole worked tirelessly (with all the craziness of the Covid restrictions) to get them what they wanted for their old property. Enough cannot be said about her professionalism and patience throughout the whole process. When my wife and I buy our forever home in the spring she will certainly be getting a call from me!!
