Nicole was instrumental in finding our home. We had passed on it once, thinking the backyard was too steep for our liking, but after a month or so of looking and not finding anything we liked, it was Nicole who suggested we reconsider the house we ending up buying and we are so grateful she did. It turned out what we thought would be an issue with us regarding our backyard really wasn't such a deal-breaker after all. She walked us through all the steps when it came time to make an offer, taking our financial concerns into consideration, and stayed with us every step of the way until the day we closed. It was a stressful time in our lives for sure, between trying to sell our house in another state, and timing it to purchasing and closing on the house we bought in Georgia. Nicole eased our minds and helped us stay focused. It all worked out great, and Nicole was a big part of that.
