ZillowVERIFIEDNicole is hands down THE realtor you want when looking to buy or sell your house, and we found her local knowledge and experience in the Gwynedd Valley/Ambler/Blue Bell area to be in all honesty incomparable and outstanding. Nicole just knew everything it seemed basically about any house in our area, history of transactions, who is selling, who might be wanting to sell, etc. She lives here and just knows this space like the back of her hand. The amount of work she does really shows, she is just so thorough and prepared, and her connections in this town run so broad and deep that it just allowed her to get our deals done and to the full satisfaction of all parties involved. We have a big family and so needed to be very particular with the type of house we bought, number of bedrooms, etc. So it took a while to find the right house and Nicole so happily showed us so many houses and we never once felt pressure to do anything. The house we bought last month was the perfect fit and without Nicole, we wouldn't have gotten that house. She also has on speed dial all the top housing people to support inspections, chimneys, etc. When Nicole calls, people answer and show up the same day! So then once we found our new house, Nicole sold our house so fast within a week and got a bunch of offers, and we together decided on the best one to go with. And she handled everything to get it ready from staging advice, professional photos, video, nice brochures etc. She's phenomenal and does it so well, and no matter what always has your back and does what's best for you. She makes it look easy. Most importantly, she is super cool, easy to talk too and so down to earth, funny, very hard working and always available day and night and weekends on a moment's notice. ZillowVERIFIEDWe had the pleasure of working with Nicole as we relocated from Delaware County to Lower Gwynedd in Summer/Fall of 2022. We found her online and knew she'd be a star given the volume of real estate transactions she does in Whitpain/LG. As every buyer knows, house purchasing can be immensely stressful - especially in today's hyper competitive market. With Nicole by our side, we didn't even blink or worry about any of that. She helped us get our dream home in a multiple offer situation. Her market savvy and transaction knowledge proved invaluable in securing our home. She helped us put together a creative and compelling offer the seller couldn't turn down. Her solid reputation played a big role as well - she'd done multiple transactions with the seller's agent so there was a lot of trust equity there. Once the house was under contract, Nicole was so engaged and responsive (not a single call of ours went to voicemail - not even once!). She provided a list of recommendations for inspectors, contractors, etc. but was never pushy. On the day of our home inspection, we had several contractor trucks lined up outside (lol) to look at their respective areas of expertise and advise us accordingly. The crew she referred were just as top notch as she is. They were all professional, timely, respectful and, of course, super knowledgeable experts! We had a nice seller who was very accommodating and left a few things for us. Unfortunately, they left a couple of bulky items we didn't want. Although the miscommunication was on our end as buyers, Nicole made it a non-event. She had those items out of our house within 48 hours through one of her contacts. Poof! Gone! Talk about someone who truly provides white glove top notch service. Lastly, Nicole has an amazing personality and you can tell she loves what she does. She's so friendly and really accommodating. She wants her clients to be happy. We loved getting to know her and hope to stay in contact with her for years to come! In all honesty, you'd be doing yourself a disservice if you don't engage Nicole as your buyer or seller's agent. We know we'll never work with another agent again so long as we live in this area.
