ZillowVERIFIED Nicole was awesome! We were having issues finding a home. We had spoken to other realtors and we were told to call them when we found a home we wanted to look at, they didnt really want to do any work. When I found something I wanted to look at, I had seen Nicole was the selling agent and I asked to see it. She then explained to us the whole process and then we started. I realized at some point I had actually had gotten preapproved and then Nicole was calling us with listings and homes that were becoming available. We then were able to buy our house! I dont know what we would have done without her! Thank You Nicole!!

If I had any questions she was always available to answer. Her knowledge of how to stage the property to make it look more appealing and all her knowledge worked my house sold in 4 days 30 thousands over asking price. I'm actually using her to find me a new home and I trust her opinion, she can tell you if the house needs a new roof or if it has water problems. She is very good at her job and would highly recommend her if your selling or buying a house. She is one in a million.

Anyone who has searched for a home within the past 2 years knows how impossibly competitive the housing market has been.
