Nicole Courtney

I have lived in and invested in homes in
Chester, Montgomery, and Delaware Counties.
This has given me a tremendous knowledge of
the local area both from a home ownership
perspective, as well as an investor approach.
Real estate is my passion, and I have personally
purchased, renovated, and sold many of my
own properties. With my experience in
renovating and staging homes, I take my real
estate expertise to another level by helping
sellers use simple cost-effective strategies to
sell their homes for top dollar. On the flip side, I
help buyers find their dream home without
overspending while offering tips on how to
customize their new home on any budget.
I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Sports
Medicine from West Chester University and a
Master's Degree in Sports Management from
Neumann University. I always say, "I went from
rehabbing athletes to rehabbing houses!"
I am an avid crossfitter and currently live in
Downingtown with my husband and two
beautiful daughters, McKenna and Kinsley.
